and Roadside Development have agreed to a framework for a public/private partnership that would bring a $25 million, 6,000 - 7,000 seat state-of-the-art minor league baseball stadium to Prince William County for the Carolina League Championship Potomac Nationals. As part of the partnership plan for the stadium, Roadside would seek to develop an office building and 300 new residential units and the County would receive a commuter parking garage.
Roadside Development with BlackRock purchased the site from The Mills Corporation in the Spring of 2007 and immediately began to transform it into a mixed-used project that was for residents, retailers and Prince William County officials.
